To help you with your billing, Exer offers:

Direct Billing to Your Insurance Provider
Exer will bill your insurance company on your behalf for the urgent care services that we provide. Once we bill your insurance and hear back from them, we’ll send you a statement that details the remaining balance. You’ll also receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company showing you the amount billed to them, what portion they have covered, and your remaining responsibility.

Easy To Read Statements
Once we bill your insurance and receive payment from them, we’ll send you a statement that shows what your insurance has paid and what you owe.

Here’s some additional information to help make the billing and payment process easy:

Please Provide Us With All Of Your Insurance Info When You Visit
We’ll need a copy of your insurance card and your driver’s license. If you are not the subscriber of the insurance that we will bill for your services then please provide us with the subscriber’s social security number and date of birth. If your insurance information has changed since your last visit then let us know.

Understanding Your Insurance Plan’s Benefits & Requirements
Most insurers require you to make a co-pay at the time of the visit and pay any amount that’s not covered by your plan. That amount varies by plan and depends on how much of your deductible you’ve met this year. Please contact your insurance provider if you have any questions – the number is on the back of your insurance card.

Respond Promptly To Statements From Exer And Your Insurer
When you receive statements from Exer and your insurance company, please review them carefully and pay them promptly. If you feel there are any errors, let us know and we’ll be happy to review your statement with you.

With our affordable Prompt Pay Program, you don’t need insurance to be seen by the best.

For our patients who choose to pay without insurance, we offer three simple tiers of payment based on the level of treatment you require. If you choose to pay this way, full payment is due at the time of service and then you’re done. No more bills!


Basic Condition • $170

Examples: medication refill, rash, cough, cold, UTI, etc.


Moderate Condition • $215

Examples: insect bites, allergic reactions, strains and sprains, shortness of breath, fatigue, diarrhea, etc.


Complex Condition • $260

Examples: laceration, fracture, head injury, IV, abscess, Pap exam, chest pain, vomiting, etc.

The levels shown here include the evaluation of a single medical condition. Evaluation of additional conditions will incur additional fees. The evaluation and treatment of your condition may require additional tests or services, the current prices of which are available at our urgent care clinic locations.
