Exer Sports & Schools
Each year, Exer partners with dozens of area high schools to offer complimentary sports screenings. This year, we are allowing student athletes from those high schools to choose any clinic in our network to book their sports screening appointment. From either the map or list below, start by choosing your clinic. You will then have the opportunity to book an appointment at that clinic. Appointments are available May 1st through August 30th, 2025.
Know Before You Go
- Student athletes under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or gaurdian
- If the student athlete needs glasses or contacts, be sure to bring them to their visit
- Only one student per appointment will be seen. Each student needs their own appointment regardless if they are siblings or related in some way.
- Student are responsible for bringing the approved screening form from their school to their visit.
- Only student from participating organizations will be able to book an appointment
- Exer does not guaranty that any student will be cleared for their sport, nor does any school require that students use Exer for their sports screening
