For Law Firms
Exer Urgent Care now accepts liens for urgent care visits or for pre-operative exams. Law firm must first sign our Doctor’s Lien before their client can be seen. To learn more about our lien program and to receive a copy of the lien, please contact personalinjury@exerurgentcare.com.
For Patients with Signed Exer Urgent Care Doctor’s Lien
Once you have signed your lien, please use the link below to find your nearest clinic where you can simply walk-in or make an appointment to be seen. We are open daily from 8 am – 8 pm.
Once you arrive at the Exer clinic, please present your signed lien along with your photo ID to be registered.
