Dr. Robin Klein

Northridge Site Director

A class in human anatomy was all it took to set the course for a future in all things medicine from working as an emergency medical technician; paramedic and emergency room tech; and scribe, all while in undergrad; to teaching and serving as a volunteer in isolated, remote areas of Mexico. When not working, you can find Dr. Klein traveling, scuba diving, skiing, golfing, spending time with his two dogs, and raising and socializing puppies for Guide Dogs of America.

Dr. Mary Hannon

Marina del Rey Site Director

Dr. Hannon started her career in the sciences as a high school chemistry and biology teacher. Later, she realized switching out the classroom for the emergency room was more suited to her pace; evidenced by having completed her residency at Jacobi and Montefiore Hospitals in Bronx, NY, which are two of the busiest ERs in the country. Homelife includes her husband and the active lacrosse lives of their teenage sons, an English bulldog, a chocolate Labrador, enjoying the sunny SoCal weather and cheering on the Notre Dame football team, from her alma mater.

Dr. Reza Raboubi

Westlake Village Site Director

Dr. Raboubi grew up in Woodland Hills and now serves the neighboring community at our Exer Westlake Village clinic. Helping people was instilled in him as a 9-year old and when he would assist in the caring for his ill grandmother. This trait of helping and making an impact continued into adulthood when he started a math tutoring company to help those struggling in the sciences and later, practiced behavioral therapy before pursuing medicine. He completed his residency in the not-so-sunny state of Wisconsin, from which he promptly returned. Home life and interests include a wife, three adorable children, taekwondo martial arts, weight-lifting and enjoying the great outdoors with family.

Dr. Britt Durham

Redondo Beach Site Director

Dr. Durham is a native of Southern California and grew up in the sunny San Fernando Valley. His early childhood interest in medicine led to a multi-faceted career, not least of which included delivering 400 babies by the time he finished residency. In addition to emergency medicine, he is experienced in advanced trauma and sports medicine, served as a volunteer anesthetist in Mexico and served as a camp physician at Children’s Hospital Cancer camp. Dr. Durham’s diverse professional history is not outdone by his personal interests as a licensed pilot, musician lover, avid skier, tennis player, surfer, writer and karate (a black belt, of course). However, his most loved pastime is spending time with family.

Dr. David Kalmanson

Westwood Site Director

A Los Angeles native, Dr. Kalmanson’s desire to become a doctor came down to one defining moment as a 15-year old while witnessing a motorcycle accident and the helplessness of the bystanders who couldn’t help. He knew then and there that he wanted to be someone who could intervene and make a difference. This shaped an emergency medicine career that would span continents, resulting in fluency in French and Spanish. His approach to patient care is simple: listen, examine, teach and extend compassion. When not on duty at Exer, he spends time with family, is a skilled home chef and gardener, loves outdoor activities and practices several forms of martial arts.
