Exer is excited to announce the rollout of a new electronic medical records system at our centers. Due to this transition, some patient records may need to be accessed in our historical records system.
Our online patient portals still give you 24-hour access to view historical visit information.
Using the guidance below, please select the appropriate link to access your patient records. If you do not see a record you’re looking for, please call the clinic at which you were treated.
