For Law Firms
Exer Urgent Care now accepts liens for urgent care visits or for pre-operative exams. Law firm must first sign our Doctor’s Lien before their client can be seen.
For Patients with Signed Exer Urgent Care Doctor’s Lien
Once you have signed your lien, please use the link below to find your nearest clinic where you can simply walk-in or make an appointment to be seen. When you arrive at the Exer clinic, please present your signed lien along with your photo ID to be registered.
